UPDATE…

October 28, 2021…

Our Pandemic Task Force met on October 25 and discussed numerous items regarding the ongoing safety of our community. It was determined that due to the size of the sanctuary, the number of on-campus participants, the length of the service (less than 1 hour) and the fact that we are masked when indoors, that the air exchange rate of the room with some light air circulation with the use of fans – faced up or down an aisle – during the colder months will be sufficient. We still recommend the wearing layers for your personal comfort.

For the safety of the community, First Baptist-Rochester will continue to keep the circulation of air in the sanctuary on Sunday mornings by opening windows and/or use of fans. We recommend that attendees bring a sweater or coat to their seat to ward off any chill one may feel in the room and to remain comfortable through the service
