Soon there will be more trees on campus at FBCR – a lot more! Color Brighton Green, a local non-profit focused on minimizing human impact on the climate, is working on an initiative to sustain and increase the number of trees in Brighton. FBCR is will give the space behind the clothing shelter in the parking lot to CBG as a tree nursery where saplings will be raised in pots until they are ready for transplant around Brighton.

Incidentally, CBG is also looking for pots to be donated. If you have a 2-3 gallon pot or two you would be willing to donate to the effort contact to let them know.
