Call To Worship

One: Out of the depths we cry to you, O Lord.
Lord, hear our voice!
Let your ears be attentive
to the voice of our supplications!

Many: If you, O Lord, should mark iniquities,
Lord, who could stand?
But there is forgiveness with you,
so that you may be revered.

One: We wait for the Lord, our souls wait,
and in God’s word we hope;
our souls wait for the Lord
more than those who watch for the morning,
more than those who watch for the morning.

Many: O Israel, hope in the Lord!
For with the Lord there is steadfast love,
and with the Lord is great power to redeem.
It is the Lord who will redeem Israel
from all its iniquities.

*Lord’s Prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
