Call To Worship
One: Hey FBCR, what does faith do?
Many: “Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things unseen.”
One: Yes, that’s what faith is, but what does faith do?
Many: Some say faith is belief, but it is more like a stubborn trust.
One: That does seem important, but what does it do?
Many: Our faith is a deeply held trust in the divine.
One: You do know a lot about faith, and you do seem to have a lot of it, but what does it do?
Many: Source and Sustainer of our Faith, help us to live the answer to this question with our lives and in our community. Amen

*Lord’s Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
