September 15 | Following Council Roundtable |
Around noon, we will gather in Hubbell Hall for our Welcome Back to the New Program Year Potluck. With the Church Council Roundtable discussion just before the Potluck, we are looking to keep the pre-Potluck preparations as simple as possible so that everyone can participate in the discussion. Please complete the sign-up form below, in the Garden Room, or contact the church office. With that in mind we are asking for each person with a dish to share to help with the following:
- Hot Dish: Please bring your dish in a crock pot to keep warm during the service. Place and plug into one of the surge protectors at the sliding kitchen windows. Get an appropriate serving utensil for the dish.
- Cold Dish: Please place in Hubbell Hall refrigerator, then placing on a center tables just prior to potluck. Place an appropriate serving utensil with the dish.
- Room Temp: Place on the table according to dish type. Place the appropriate serving utensil with the dish.
- Serving Utensils will be available, please place the appropriate one next to your dish. Beverages and table service will be provided.
- Following the Potluck, please take your leftover items home. Place any serving utensils in the soaking bin.
