October 20 | Following Worship |
Just before noon, we will gather in Hubbell Hall for our October Potluck. To help the pre-Potluck preparations run smoothly, we are asking when you bring your items to share you follow these guidelines:
- Hot Dish: Please bring your dish in a crockpot or wrapped in a thermal cover to keep it warm during the service. For your crockpot, please place and plug it into one of the surge protectors at the sliding kitchen windows. Get an appropriate serving utensil for the dish.
- Cold Dish: Please place in Hubbell Hall refrigerator, then after worship, place it on a center tables. Place an appropriate serving utensil with the dish.
- Room Temp: Place on the table according to dish type. Place the appropriate serving utensil with the dish.
- Serving Utensils will be available, please place the appropriate one next to your dish. Beverages and table service will be provided.
- Following the Potluck, please take your leftover items home. Place any serving utensils in the soaking bin.
