What’s Happening at First Rochester |
The week is here! This Friday, October 20 we will be presenting An Installation in a New Key, a musical welcome for Rev. Joanne Gilbert-Cannon and me. Please join us in the Sanctuary a few minutes before 7:00PM to kick off the celebration with our choral prelude, Mathias’ Let the People Praise Thee O God. It is sure to be an evening of celebration, joy, and song!
Looking forward to two weeks from now, we will have a Super Choral Sunday on October 29 with both the choir and children’s choir singing anthems in our service that day! It is sure to be a special service, as well. Lots of exciting events are coming up in the music program! – Henry
Special Event at Eastman |
Henry Griffin will be conducting “Dona Nobis Pacem,” a Repertory Singers concert of sacred music relevant to our current time, at Kilbourn Hall, Eastman School of Music on Sunday, October 21 at 3:30 PM. There will be cake and celebration after! Hope to see you there!
